GROUP MEDITATION
Increased sense of wellbeing, connection and support
Group sessions are currently available on Sunday 10am in Colac. Meditating in a group can deepen your meditation experience, connect you with like-minded people and help to build your regular practice. Sessions are 45 mins, cost $12 and available on a casual basis.
MEDITATION SERIES
A Meditation Exploration
Learn different styles and techniques of meditation through a Meditation Exploration Series. Moving through a new technique each session, giving you the opportunity to find the styles that resonate most with you.
1.5 hour sessions, includes herbal tea and journaling.
1 : 1 MEDITATION COACHING
Working with your specific needs or goals
1:1 Meditation & Mindfulness sessions are offered with the intention of creating a sacred space for you, to determine a meditation practice based on your needs in this moment. Sessions are available online or in person, choose from:
A private Meditation class: if are new to meditation or not confident joining a group session, this service is for you. $20 for a 1:1 private 45 min Meditation class.
Meditation Coaching: Learning mindfulness and meditation techniques to help reduce/manage stress and anxiety. $50 for 1-hour coaching session.
TEEN CIRCLE - MANAGING STRESS & OVERWHELM
Building resilience and self-awareness
A program for young people to help with self-regulation and to build resilience around feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or overcoming feelings of self-doubt, that noisy inner critic and getting to know who they are. Further details to come soon.
SACRED WOMEN CIRCLES
Connection through ritual
Throughout history Women have gathered in sacred circle to connect through ritual, music, dance and story-telling. A sacred and safe space to feel empowered, to be heard, to be seen and feel deeply connected.
Melody of Soul Meditation offers two kinds of women's circles:
Wild Womens Circles are held on the first Sunday of each Season, at the Red Rock Regional Theatre and Art Gallery in Cororooke. A 2-hour celebration to welcome the change of season and embrace the magic of the feminine.
Mother Blessing Circles (mums-to-be) are created for our Goddess Mother-to-be to give her support, strength and love as she prepares for the sacred experience of birth. A 2-hour blessing circle, created specifically for each Goddess. $250
