Service Description

6.30am - Guided morning meditation as the day awakens. 6pm - Guided evening meditation to end the day. There are limited mats, pillows, and blankets available, you are also welcome to BYO. Each session is 45 min $15 per session (please select both times to book into both offerings)

Refunds are only available if 24 hours notice is provided OR you may attend an alternative session of the same value. Refunds are not available for no show.
